As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Pulley oversees all strategic planning and forecasting efforts including vendor partnering and strategic alliances.  Additional responsibilities include all finance related services, programs and alliances.

Mr. Pulley brings almost fifteen years of business finance, commercial finance and sales experience to the Superior team.  Skillfully adept in combining a concise business plan along with a unyielding dedication to the community, Mr. Pulley along with co-founder Mr. Jones, nurtured Superior Healthcare Services, Inc. from its modest start in 2001 to its current status as one of North Carolina’s premier Behavioral Healthcare providers.

With a lifelong goal of inspiring others, Mr. Pulley’s seamless transition from previous roles in finance to that of being a key leader within the Superior Healthcare family is driven by a commitment to excellence in providing exemplary services and programs, and an unwillingness to never sacrifice quality for quantity.
