Joleen has over 10 years of Human Services experience in various arenas including residential, social work and now community support.  Her passion for quality assurance/improvement grew over the years out of working closely with medical records and HR records and striving for 100% compliance.  Mrs. Schrock has worked closely with the accreditation process and has brought impeccable insight to the team.  In her role as QA Director, Mrs. Schrock plays an invaluable role in helping keep SHSI records in compliance by overseeing the Medical Records and Human Resource Departments.

Achievements include being a published author in the Social Work Journal with other fellow social workers in an article entitled: Hospic Access and Use by African Americans: Addressing Cultural and Institutional Barriers through Participatory Action Research.  She also has ties with the Carolina Family Connections as their Board Secretary.
