Mr. Stallings is the Human Resource Coordinator for Superior Healthcare Services, Inc.   

He is responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies/procedures that keep Superior a leading employer in the behavioral healthcare field.

Additionally, Mr. Stallings handles a wide range of employment matters from recruitment, pre-employment (background checks, registry checks, etc.), post-employment and quality assurance.  He also oversees the company’s handling of employee benefits, compensation, training and development, and employee relations.  A low-key management style coupled with Mr. Stallings effective partnering skills ensures a commitment to excellence in providing services to employees.
